Announcement

Dear Valued Customers, 

We would like to inform you that we will not process orders placed via Multiply in the meantime. Until their website is functional as before, we will process orders submitted through our Order Form

In our order form, you will be able to provide us with all the relevant information for us to be able to process your order. Once we receive your order form, we will confirm the availability of the product via SMS. If it is available, you will be provided with the details for you to complete your payment. 

Upon the posting of the payment on our bank account or receipt of payment via GCash, the product will then be shipped on the next working day.  

As our orders are shipped via Xend, payments confirmed/received before 1PM will be arranged to be picked up by the courier on the same day. 

Scenario: 

Customer deposited the payment via BPI at 10AM. At 10:30AM, we have verified via online banking that the payment was posted. We will then arrange pick up with Xend on the same day.  Xend will pickup the parcel in the afternoon.
